DETAILED ITINERARY
DAY 1: ARRIVAL AT PORT BLAIR – CELLULAR JAIL, CARBYN’S COVE BEACH AND SOUND & LIGHT SHOW

Our staff will receive you at Port Blair airport and will take you to your pre-booked hotel. After check-in at the hotel, take some rest and thereafter the tour will begin to cover Carbyn’s Cove beach, Cellular Jail and Sound & Light Show at Cellular Jail. Later return back to the hotel for an overnight stay.
DAY 2: ONWARD JOURNEY TO HAVELOCK ISLAND –RADHANAGAR BEACH.

Early morning proceed to Jetty to take the onward ferry to Havelock Island. On arrival at Havelock Island, our staff will receive you and will escort you to the hotel/resort. After checkin, proceed to Radhanagar Beach, one of the most scenic beaches of the Islands. Later, return back to the resort/hotel for an overnight stay.
DAY 3: Havelock to Port Blair + Chidiyatapu

After breakfast, you will check out. Our vehicle will drop you at Havelock island’s harbor, where you’ll take a ferry to Port Blair. Once you check into the hotel, freshen up and have lunch. In the evening, we’ll take you to Chidiyatapu, where you can enjoy lush green mangroves, a beautiful beach, and a stunning sunset. We’ll then bring you back to the hotel/resort. Overnight at Port Blair hotel/resort.
DAY 4: DEPARTURE
Today, After breakfast at hotel, Check-out and we will drop to the Port Blair airport. This marks the culmination of a memorable trip to one of India’s natural wonders – the Andaman Island tour ends.
PAYMENT POLICY AND MODE OF PAYMENT
- Minimum 50% of the total amount should be paid at the time of booking and the balance amount must be paid on or before the arrival day, otherwise tour will not be conducted.
- We won’t accept payment in any mode other than cash at Andaman and Nicobar Islands in any circumstances.
REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
- If the Client is willing to amend or cancel his/her booking because of whatsoever reasons including death, accident, illness, or any other personal reasons including non-payment of the balance payment, the Company is liable to recover Cancellation charges from the Client.
- If you want to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing.
- Cancellations are subject to the following charges:
- 30 days & prior to arrival date: 10% of the total package cost.
- 15 days to 30 days prior to arrival date: 50% of the total package cost.
- 08 days to 14 days prior to arrival date: 75% of the total package cost.
- 07 days & less, prior to arrival or no show: NO REFUND.
- No shows: 100% of the package price would be retained as cancellation fee.
- Customers are requested to provide correct information, in case of wrong information provided (even if by mistake) and if there arises any issues/dispute due to the same, then the client has to bear the problems/fine/extra expenses that arises.

- You are required to read, understand and accept all the terms and conditions before you register yourself /family/friends for any of our tour.
Our Responsibilities:
- Prior Booking of selected hotel rooms by making advance/full payment to the hotel.
- Designating vehicle for pickup and drop as per the itinerary.
- Pre-booking of ferry tickets, entry permits, etc. whichever applicable.
- Managing itinerary and informing you about the same during the tour.
- If any visit is missed due to closure or maintenance issues, all efforts will be made to cover the sightseeing on some other day, if time permits.
Our Liabilities and Limitations:
- We will not be responsible for any cancellation of ferry to Havelock/ Neil / Port Blair due to weather conditions or any unforeseen events.
- Wait time can be possible at many places like when boarding boat for North Bay and Netaji Island (Ross Island), boarding boat for Elephant beach, or at the convoy gate while going to Baratang, etc. We do not have any control on the wait time, please be patient for your turn.
- We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the programme or expenses incurred – directly or indirectly – due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of machinery or equipments, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures or any untoward incidents.
- We shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property, or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services, resulting – directly or indirectly – from any act of GOD, dangers, fire, accident, breakdown in machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferages, epidemics, medical or custom department regulations, defaults, or any other causes beyond our control.
- We do not have any insurance policy covering the expenses for accident, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons. Visitors are advised to seek such insurance arrangements in their home country. All baggage & personal property/s at all times are at the client’s risk.
- We assume no responsibility for illness or inconvenience from changes in standard of living, utility, food or weather resulting from the service provided or omitted.
- We shall not be responsible for death of the tourist while on tour and all applicable rules and procedures of law are to be followed strictly and all the procedures pertaining to the death will have to be tackled and handled by the tourist or their relatives themselves at their own cost and consequences.
Your Responsibilities:
- It is mandatory for all guests to carry valid photo ID’s (Passport/Driving License/Voter ID card). PAN Card is not accepted at many places as a valid photo ID.
- Please take extra dress and towel whenever you visit a beach, as the driver won’t allow you to get into the vehicle, if your clothes are wet. The saline water is primary cause of the vehicle getting rust, so please help us to keep our vehicles running for long.
- It is client’s responsibility to check and consult, if their schedule is such that they are able to visit all the places. We will not be responsible to reimburse any money in case of closure of museums. City museums, monuments, Jollybouy/Redskin and Baratang remain closed on Mondays while Ross Island remains closed on Wednesdays.
- General Terms and Conditions:
Booking and Usage:
- A contract will be confirmed between Takshvi Andaman Tours and you when we have sent a confirmation on your tour/hotel booking/or any other travel related services selected by you after receiving your booking request and the 50% deposit amount.
- All correspondence/s in respect of Tours/Travel Service bookings should be addressed to M/s. Takshvi Andaman Tours.
Payments:
- For the services contracted, 50% advance payment should be made to hold the booking on a confirmed basis and the balance amount should be paid before the commencement of the tour.
- We hold the right to decide upon the amount to be paid as an advance payment, based on the nature of services and the time left for the commencement of the services.
- Apart from the above in some cases like special boat tickets, hotel or resort bookings during the peak season (X-Mas, New Year) full payment is required to be sent in advance
- Special journeys like Bookings during the festive season X-mas, New Year, Diwali etc., requires advance full payment.
- Payment can be made by Bank Transfer, Cash payment by Demand Draft/Cheque.
Hotel Rules, Arrival and Departure Policy:
- The tour can start at any time of the day (i.e. in the morning/afternoon) at the first destination depending on the arrival of the respective flight/cruise. The same will be in the case of departure or the last day of the tour.
- Usual hotel check-in time is 10:00 AM and Check-out time is 8:00 AM.
- The checkout time are strictly based on the hotel’s discretion or subject to availability.
- Late check-outs are subject to availability and may require extra payment.
- Breakfast is not included on day of arrival, and the hotels will charge extra for the same.
- A trip to Havelock, Neil, Jollybouy and Baratang Island starts early in the morning and the hotel will not serve breakfast in the restaurant and will provide packed breakfast, which may include bread, jam and butter. No alternate arrangements will be made for breakfast without extra payment.
- A maximum of 3 adults are allowed in one room. Please note that max 01 extra bed or mattress depending on availability is allowed per room.
- The hotel does not allow the stay of any other visitors then mentioned in the booking form.
Ferry schedule, rules and policies:
- Please note that the ferry timings are subject to change without notice. All ferry transfers are subject to weather conditions, sea conditions, sailing permits and Department of Shipping schedules.
- We do not guarantee the sailing of Govt. Ferry / MV Makruzz& in case it does not sail due to bad weather or a technical snag we will not be held liable for the same.
- To get transfer services from us, you are kindly requested to send all passengers names and ages to book the tickets from Port Blair — Swarajdweep (Havelock) — Shaheeddweep (Neil ) — Port Blair .
- The tourist will carry their luggage along with them on ferry. The management/staff are not responsible for loss of their belongings such as cash, valuable articles, mobiles, etc…during the journey.
- Our liability is only to value of the ticket and in case of any loss or extra payment for extra services needs to make Takshvi Andaman Tours will not be liable for it.
Extra Charges:
- We are not responsible for any charges to be paid to the “porter” or any helper arranged by the tourists at any harbour, airports, at immigration points or any other place. It is the sole responsibility of the tourists to pay tip directly to them.
- We are not liable for additional facilities including Laundry, telephone, mini bar, alcohol, beverages, food, optional excursions, excess baggage fees, shopping, paid toilet if availed by the tourist, they have to be paid by the tourist only before leaving the hotel, ship/cruise or restaurant, etc. as the case may be.
- We are not liable to bear charges for Scuba Diving / Snorkeling/Fishing/Boating, etc. These have extra charges required to be borne by the tourist.
- For NRI tourist, processing of Passport and Visa are not included in the tour cost.
- Any hikes in entrance fees of monuments/museums, taxes, fuel cost or guide charges by the Govt. Of India, after the finalization of the tour would be charged as extra.
- The car provided is only for pick up and drop or as per itinerary any extra usage will be chargeable extra.
Complaints or Grievances:
If the tourist has any claim, grievance and/or complaint in respect of services provided by any of the independent contractors, the tourist shall immediately notify the same to the independent contractor in writing, and a copy thereof is handed over to the Tour Escort/Leader/Manager/Assistant and/or Company not later than 7 days thereof to enable the Company to take up the matter with the concerned.
